On average, your parcels arrives 9.72 days after it has been ordered. For certain countries such as Russia, Brazil and Ukraine, delivery estimate for International Airmail w/Tracking is 7 to 30 days.

The delivery estimate is accurate in most cases, but may vary with adverse weather conditions and customs inspections. Please inquire with your local post office using the tracking number provided for more details on the delay.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, your parcel's tracking info will be sent via email to you.

For this example, the parcel had an attempted delivery on 18th July, 7 days after it was posted. The post office will leave you a note at your door if nobody was at home for collection, but in rare cases the note might be missing (or got blown away).

Hence we recommend checking your tracking details often. If the post office has left a note at your door, collect your parcel as soon as possible. Feel free to contact us or your local post office for any queries.

Returns Policy

- 30 days Returns Policy

- To return a product, please send us an email at and include your order number and name for a faster response.

- We do not cover return shipping fees for change of mind returns.

- Product must be brand new, unwashed and in original packaging to be eligible for returns.

- If the order is incorrectly delivered (arrived damaged or wrong design/fabric from what you ordered), a replacement will be provided.

Damaged/Lost items Policy

Rest assured when shopping with us!

When you shop with ShoukoSS, you shop smart and secure. ShoukoSS takes care of your order from the moment it begins the journey to you.

- For products that arrived damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel and provide a photo and short description of the damage. Once we verified the issue, a replacement will be shipped to you.

- For items lost in transit, firstly please contact your local post office with your tracking number. In most cases there is an attempted delivery but with nobody available to collect the parcel. Routine inspections from the post office are also likely causes of delay.

If the post office is unable to locate your parcel, and your parcel has not arrived in 35 days, contact us, we will look into the issue with you. Lost parcels will be replaced and re-shipped to you at no additional costs.

Mis-delivery Policy

Please note that we are not responsible for Mis-delivery/returned product due to a inaccurate address provided, or return of product due to failure to pick up parcel from post office.

In cases where the post office accidentally delivered your parcel to the wrong address due to the post office's error, rest assured that you are covered by our Lost Items Policy. For such cases, contact your post office to inform them of the mis-delivery and details on how to retrieve your parcel.

If the post office is not able to retrieve your parcel, contact us, we will sort it out for you. A replacement will be provided at no extra cost if the original parcel is not retrievable.
